terms of service
by commissioning me, you are agreeing to the terms of service below:GENERAL TERMS:
- I reserve the right to decline any commission I am not comfortable with.
- prices may increase depending on complexity, extra details, difficult poses, complex backgrounds, or additional characters.
- please provide clear references before I start your commission.
- my artwork is for personal use only unless commercial rights are discussed and purchased separately.
- deadlines are not in place, but commissions should be completed within roughly 3~4 weeks unless stated otherwise.PAYMENT:
- all commissions must be paid upfront in full.
- payments are accepted exclusively through PayPal if you are outside of mexico, or via bank transfer/deposit if you are from mexico.
- I will not start the commission until payment has been received.
- refunds are not available once I have started working on the commission.
- commercial price: my commercial fee is 4x the original price.PROCESS AND REVISIONS:
- I will send a sketch/progress updates for approval before continuing.
- clients may request:
minor edits during the sketch phase for free.
small color adjustments during rendering.
- major changes after the sketch is approved (pose, composition, character redesign, etc.) will require additional payment.
- excessive revisions may also require extra fees.
- if the client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days, I may cancel the commission without refund.DELIVERY:
- finished artwork will be delivered digitally in PNG format.
- animated emotes will be delivered in GIF format or the appropriate format required for the requested platform.
- PSD/source files are not included unless purchased separately.
- files will be sent through email, or the platform used for the commission.
- please save your files properly after delivery.COPYRIGHT POLICY:
- i reserve all copyright to my artthe commissioner is allowed to
- repost the commissioned work with credit to me, the artist
- use the work with respect to our agreement (personal or commercial)
- print, use on merch, sell artwork with proper credit to the artist (commercial use only)if you commit copyright infringement, all rights to the artwork will be rescindedthe following is considered copyright infringement
- using and/or reproducing the works without permission of the artist (both commercially and personally)
- removing watermarks and signatures
- altering the artwork without the artist's consent
- refusal to credit the artist
- taking credit for the creation of the artwork
- using my work to feed into AI (artificial intelligence) for the creation of works with the same likeness to my style

commission process
commission status: OPEN
how to commission1. if you want to commission me, the first thing you need to pay attention is the "commission status". If it is "closed", it means that at the moment the queue is full, therefore I am not taking commissions at this time. You need to wait until the status changes to "open".2. once you have reviewed my work samples, pricing, and carefully read the Terms of Service. if everything suits you, you can proceed to fill out the commission form.
3. after you submit the commission form, please wait while I review it. this usually takes 1–2 days.if I don’t contact you within that time, it likely means I’ve reached full capacity or I’m unable to take your commission for some reason.
if your form is complete and includes all the needed references and information, I’ll reach out to confirm everything and send you the payment invoice. once the payment is done, you’ll be added to the queue. when your turn comes, we’ll start more direct communication about the process.if any important details are missing, I may ask you to fill out the form again or provide more information.once your commission request has been accepted and you make a payment, you can track status of your commission in the queue list.
after you’ve secured your spot in the queue and waited until I start working on your commission, an exciting review and editing process begins.there are 3 main stages in total.
1. sketchingduring this stage, I start bringing your idea to life. the drawing will look like a rough sketch, so it won’t have clean lines or final details yet. think of it as the first version of the artwork.
this is also where we make sure I understood your idea correctly. my interpretation might not match exactly what you had in mind, so this is the best time to make bigger changes.
once the sketch is done, only small edits will be possible, so feel free to point out anything that doesn’t match your vision.
2. lining and colouringonce the sketch is approved, I start working on the final version. I create clean lineart and apply the colors based on your choices.
at this stage, you’ll be able to see how the final result will look. if needed, I can still make small adjustments, such as changing colors or adding/removing minor details.
after this stage, the artwork is considered finished.
3. finalonce all revisions are completed and the final result is approved, I will send you the files in the required formats and sizes.
